Healthcare institutions that have been categorised by KRITIS have to act until June 2019. Additionally, starting in May 2018, the European Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) will be put into practice. In order to meet data protection and occupational regulations, the demands related to IT security are also increasing in the healthcare sector. With our All-In-One Security Packages, we help hospitals and other medical institutions to better meet those legal requirements. The technological basis of these packages is the award-winning, team-oriented encryption of data on network drives HiCrypt™ 2.0, and the two-factor authentication Secure Logon™ 2.0.

Award ceremony Saxon Government Award for Innovation 2017
For the 19th time, groundbreaking ideas and inventions of Saxon companies were awarded with the Saxon Government Award for Innovation. With its Secure Logon™ 2.0 (two-factor authentication), digitronic® was among the top ten companies. Our innovation combines “possession” and “knowledge” into a secure and user-friendly solution. The possession of a non-forgeable “security key” - such as a key ring, a smart card or the latest “prepared smartphone” and the knowledge of a PIN lead to a significant boost in terms of security, while the application itself remains rather simple in nature.
