Our team develops smart and practical solutions in the areas of communication, encryption and logon software for a wide range of industries. Each team member contributes his or her individual skills and thus makes a decisive contribution to the overall success. To expand our young team, we are looking for you as an employee* in sales and account management, primarily at the Chemnitz location. Working on selected days in the home office is possible.

Your tasks:

• You understand the challenges of our customers and advise them on possible solution scenarios
• You support our customers along the sales process (from cold calling to contract conclusion)
• You carry our customers’ wishes further into the development team and support the continuous improvement process
• Together with the sales team you develop new ideas for lead generation
• You have an overview of which competitors are active in the market and draw the right conclusions
• You present our company via web presentations, during customer visits, events and trade fair appearances

Your profile:

• You have completed a technically oriented apprenticeship or a degree in the technical/business field
• You are interested in new technologies and have an affinity for digitalization and IT security technologies
• Confident appearance, good communication skills, service orientation and empathy are among your strengths
• Experience in the sales area is an advantage
• Willingness to work in the field on a regular basis
• You enjoy taking responsibility
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
• You enjoy working in a team
