It was that time again this year: sysob IT-Distribution GmbH & Co. KG hosted its annual summit meeting at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Rimbach from June 21 to 23. digitronic was able to be there with Sales Manager Alexander Woeschka and Product Manager Benjamin Prskawetz.
Before the actual hike, there was a small reception at the accommodation the day before, before being taken by bus to the Berggasthof Schönblick in the evening. In addition to the mountain panorama, good conversation and excellent food could be enjoyed. Acquaintances made in previous years were deepened and new contacts were made.
The next day, it was time to head for the heights. While the region had been hit by heavy rain showers the day before, the Großer Arber provided the most beautiful weather for a hike. Divided into different subgroups, the participants began the steep ascent. Short breaks gave them the opportunity to get to know familiar and new sysob manufacturers. After a refreshment at the summit, it was already downhill again. The descent also offered various breaks where other manufacturers presented their products and solutions.
Once back at the hotel and after a little refreshment, we continued in the lobby of the accommodation with a “speed dating” session, in which the manufacturers of the tour were able to answer open questions in one-to-one discussions and establish potential partnerships.
In the evening, it was time for the last dinner together. Meanwhile, keynote speaker André May gave a presentation with good tips for daily work in sales and partner motivation. The evening ended with a glass of liqueur on the terrace in the fresh air.
